This birth plan is all about the obstetrician and very little about the woman or the baby. The attitude is arrogant. There is little evidence to support ANY of the rules this obstetrician dictates. Evidence based medicine is clearly a foreign notion to this obstetrician. Frankly, I think having a baby with this obstetrician would be nothing but dangerous. You point out that it is great that this obstetrician hands out the information upfront. It is wonderful that s/he does so.
