Yes, she was arrested, taken into custody, and now facing years in prison (five to eight), because her actions were illegal in Hungary. The question is – why? 

I think any woman in Australia would be appalled, and even shocked, at the various practices of maternity hospitals in Hungary. It is hard to even imagine being treated like that when you live in a country with more modern maternity care systems, which are also not perfect. If you look into it, and see that most of those things that are routinely done to mothers and babies were outlawed in most European countries, in the US, and in Australia, perhaps the real question should become, &quot;Where is the true crime?&quot;
